Returns and Refund Policy:
- Vezaimpex does not accept refunding of the amount in case of damage, only replacing of products.
- Veza team will follow the procedure as per norms, once the complaint is filed for the damaged product within 3 hours of delivery.
When can you return?
If goods purchased from us are:
- Products are damaged when received.
- Do not match the description of the goods purchased.
- Delivery of wrong product
If the goods match the above you must file a complaint within 3 hours of product received to wecare@vezaimpex.com and contact immediately at 9952416165 and further procedures will be followed within 1 working day. Replacement of product depends on each seller's duration period.
Procedure for return of goods:
- Contact Veza Impex Pvt Ltd Customer Service by email on wecare@vezaimpex.com or call +91 99524 16165 , we will discuss the problem and provide you with detailed instructions.
- Provide proof of purchase.
- Goods must be returned in the original packaging including all accessories and parts and in the same condition as received by the purchaser, within 24 hours of receipt of delivery at ST courier office.
- The purchaser of the goods is responsible for shipping costs for return of the goods, we will refund the purchasers reasonable freight costs where the returned goods are verified by Veza Impex Pvt Ltd to be a valid return under the terms of this Veza Impex Pvt Ltd returns policy.
- The goods are your own responsibility until it reaches us, there fore we recommend that that the returned goods are insured for the purchase price, in the event that the goods are lost in transit. We do not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.
