Dhiren's spices and products was started in 2004, the first spices and spices powders showroom in Yercaud. We now have 3 showrooms in Yercaud and two grades of spices in almost all the spice variants, yercaud’s best filter coffee powder, and ooty's tea.

Shipping time:

•  The delivery time for DHIREN'S SPICES AND PRODUCTS may take  2-6 working days.

In case your shipment is delayed:

•  In case there is a delay, please send us an email on [email protected] with your order number.
  
•  In the unfortunate scenario that your shipment has been misplaced or lost en route, we can either resend the order to you (if the same products  are still in stock), or issue a credit note to you, or reimburse the amount completely to you.
• If you feel that the packaging of the product is tampered or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept the delivery of the product and contact us immediately at [email protected]  mentioning your order reference number. We shall ensure a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
  

• DHIREN'S SPICES AND PRODUCTS does not entertain request for refund.
• Returning of products is not entertained. 
• Replacement of products is not entertained.

In the case of the damaged or wrong product received by  customer, we will replace the product as described below,

Wrong or damaged  Product image to be sent by mail at [email protected] and a complaint call made to 9952416165,within 3 hrs of receiving the product. After through investigations and the fault is at the seller or veza side,

We will request the courier to be sent by you, and  replace the product.

The returned product Courier cost to reach us and send the new /correct product will be borne by us.
