Shipping time:

•  the delivery time for Thash organics may take upto 2-4 working days.

In case your shipment is delayed:

•  In case there is a delay, please send us an email on [email protected] with your order number.
  
•  In the unfortunate scenario that your shipment has been misplaced or lost en route, we can either resend the order to you (if the same products are still in stock), or issue a credit note to you, or reimburse the amount completely to you.
• If you feel that the packaging of the product is tampered or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept delivery of the product and contact us immediately  at [email protected]  mentioning your order reference number. We shall ensure a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
  

• Thash Organics does not refund.
• Returning of products is not allowed.

Thash Organics only accepts  replacing of product, after veza team completes their investigation about the damage.

Wrong or damaged  Product image to be sent by mail at [email protected] and a complaint call made to 9952416165,within 3 hrs of recieving the product. After through investigations and the fault is at the seller or veza side,

We will request the courier to be sent by you, and  replace the product.

The returned product Courier cost to reach us and send the new /correct product will be borne by us.
