Shipping time:

•  the delivery time for c4chocolate may take up to 5-8 working days.

In case your shipment is delayed:

•  In case there is a delay, please send us an email on wecare@vezaimpex.com with your order number.
•  In the unfortunate scenario that your shipment has been misplaced or lost en route, we can either resend the order to you (if the same products are still in stock), or issue a credit note to you, or reimburse the amount completely to you.
• If you feel that the packaging of the product is tampered or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept delivery of the product and contact us immediately  at wecare@vezaimpex.com  mentioning your order reference number. We shall ensure a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

Return policy of  c4chocolate:

• c4chocolate does not accept the refund of the amount.
• The returning of products is not allowed. 
• Replacement of products are not allowed in c4chocolate

 C4chocolates only accepts of replacing the product in case of delivery of the wrong product, after Veza team investigation.

Wrong or damaged  Product image to be sent by mail at www.wecare@vezaimpex.com and a complaint call made to 9952416165,within 3 hrs of recieving the product. After through investigations and the fault is at the seller or veza side,

We will request the courier to be sent by you, and  replace the product.

The returned product Courier cost to reach us and send the new /correct product will be borne by us.
