Mr Sumant Bakshi is a retired air force fighter pilot who served the nation for 16 years.
Mr Bakshi always had a love for chimes and chime music.

Once during, Mr. Bakshi's stay with the navy Commander,Mr. and Mrs. Parthasarathy in Himachal, Rajgarh (Dist Sirmor) their guest house,

Mr Bakshi made a chime and hung it at their residence, Mr. and Mrs. Parthasarathy were very delighted at the sight and sounds of chimes, they did not want the chimes to be removed.

Mr Bakshi felt honored for his passion and also started making chimes for commercial purposes since then.

Today, Mr. Bakshi makes 450-500 chimes per month.

Every chime is tuned by Mr. Bakshi. Every chime is inspected and checked before packing the chimes.

The delivery time for “WIND SONG” Chimes may take 15 working days.

In case your shipment is delayed:

In case there is a delay, please send us an email on wecare@vezaimpex.com with your order number.
In the unfortunate scenario that your shipment has been misplaced or lost en route, we can either resend the order to you (if the same products are still in stock), or issue a credit note to you, or reimburse the amount completely to you.
If you feel that the packaging of the product is tampered or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept the delivery of the product and contact us immediately at wecare@vezaimpex.com mentioning your order reference number. In the case of the damaged or wrong product received by customer, we will replace the product as described below,

Wrong or damaged Product image to be sent by mail at www.wecare@vezaimpex.com and a complaint call made to 9952416165,within 3 hrs of receiving the product. After through investigations and the fault is at the seller or veza side,

We will request the courier to be sent by you, and replace the product.

The returned product Courier cost to reach us and send the new /correct product will be borne by us.
